Daughters Contribute to VC Performance 娘がいると VC の業績が上がる

The economist article introduces a work by Paul A. Gompers and Sophie Q. Wang titled "AND THE CHILDREN SHALL LEAD: GENDER DIVERSITY AND PERFORMANCE IN VENTURE CAPITAL".  In it the authors report that VCs with senior partners with daughters tend to hire more women and that they tend to perform better than those with senior partners with sons.

It would be nice to see further empirical works on diversity and performance.

多様性と業績の関係については、さらなる実証研究が望まれる。
